ESTABLISHING TRUST & UNITY
The East Valley Islamic Campus is a collaborative project by two longstanding community institutions — the Islamic Community Center of Tempe (ICC) and Noor Academy of Arizona (NAA) — with a shared mission: providing a strong Islamic education alongside a rich, welcoming community space for Muslims in Chandler and the greater East Valley.
ICC Tempe has been a hub for Islamic worship, education, and community service for years — fostering unity, understanding, and compassion.
Noor Academy, meanwhile, has earned a reputation for delivering a holistic education grounded in Islamic values.
Together, we aim to combine these strengths to empower future generations with knowledge, character, and a strong Islamic identity.

The East Valley is growing rapidly, with Chandler and nearby cities experiencing a significant population boom — especially within their Muslim communities.
There’s a clear need for additional Islamic infrastructure — a space where children can learn, families can gather, and the community can connect in a way that reflects their values, culture, and faith.
This new Islamic Campus directly addresses these needs by adding a state-of-the-art school, a new mosque, and a community multi-purpose hall—all designed to foster education, unity, service, and civic engagement for generations to come.
